De legibus: an update about educational legislation (pars prior)

Resumen

Un artículo anterior realizó un análisis sobre los cambios que la LOMLOE ha introducido respecto a la LOMCE en las materias pertenecientes a las especialidades de Griego y Latín (Griego, Latín y Cultura Clásica). Ese análisis señalaba los cambios introducidos a nivel general por la legislación nacional, pero también apuntaba la necesidad de realizar el correspondiente estudio sobre la legislación de las comunidades autónomas, que tienen un amplio margen de maniobra al respecto. Por ello, el objetivo de este artículo es llevar a cabo ese estudio sobre la legislación autonómica, señalar cuáles son las diferencias que establece la LOMLOE respecto a la LOMCE en nuestras materias en cada comunidad, poner de manifiesto las muy significativas diferencias que pueden llegar a darse en la consideración de nuestras materias entre unos territorios y otros, y, por último, ofrecer una actualización bibliográfica completa de toda la normativa curricular vigente tras la implantación de la LOMLOE.

Abstract

A previous paper conducted an analysis of the changes that the LOMLOE has introduced regarding the LOMCE in school subjects belonging to the teaching areas of expertise of Greek and Latin (Greek, Latin, and Classical Culture). That analysis highlighted the changes introduced at a general level by national legislation, and also pointed out the need to carry out the corresponding study of the legislation pubished by the autonomous communities, which have a broad room for maneuver in that regard. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to conduct that study of the regulations established by the autonomous communities, to identify the differences that the so-called LOMLOE establishes in relation to the so-called LOMCE in our subjects in each community, to highlight the significant differences that can arise in the consideration of our subjects between different territories, and, finally, to provide a comprehensive bibliographic update of all the curricular regulations in force following the implementation of the LOMLOE.
