The Centre for Classical Studies, the Centre for History and the Centre for Archaeology of the University of Lisbon and the Centre for Art History and Artistic Research of the University of Évora, the University of Madeira and the Università degli Studi di Bari – Aldo Moro, are organising an international Conference to celebrate the two thousand years of the death of Augustus on September 2014.

Researchers from different areas of knowledge, from Antiquity to Present, are invited to present papers on topics related to «The Age of Augustus».
